Hi, my name is ANNETTE
SCAPE!
I am a Cyberbear. I was born in Shelburne,
Vermont at the Vermont Teddy Bear Company. I am a warm honey-colored teddy
bear who is traveling around the country and beyond as the Technology
Ambassador for the Williston Vermont School District.
The technology supervisors(Mrs. Kay and Mrs. Kozy) sent me out to visit other
schools. Mrs. Nash and her students worked with me for 4 weeks. Mrs. Nash is
not allowed to place pictures of her students on the internet, so here are a
few pictures of me visiting her classroom. She placed a lot of pictures of me
with the kids inside my traveling journal. If my journal ever comes to your
school, you will have a chance to see some of the exciting things that
happened to me when I visited the wonderful Cumberland Elementary School in
Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin.

This is me "Netty" sitting at the computer. I am
working on a Mathnet problem. Mrs. Nash's class uses technology everyday to
help her children learn.

This is me with my cousin Williston T. Bear. He
lives with Mrs. Nash. She adopted him last year after my brother "Wandering
Webster" visited her class. "Willi" came to Mrs. Nash's class hoping to find
Webster, but instead he found many new friends! He said he loves the boys and
girls at Cumberland Elementary School, and will stay there as long as he can!
We are reading together. It is time to "Partner Read." Willi and I love
reading. Do any of you like to read?

The second graders were learning about fractions!

students in group one made. As you can see....I am swamped!!!
