1. Miniature Chair Maquettes. Choose an artist of your liking. Create a
corner (two walls and a floor) out of three squares of foam board cut into 10”
x 10” pieces. Decorate the floors and walls of this corner with color and
black and white computer generated pictures of one work of art made by the
chosen artist. Then create a unique miniature chair that is inspired by the
art and place it in the center of the room.

2. Research the works of Alberto Giacometti and create an original sculpture
of an elongated animal or person out of aluminum foil. Paint over the
sculpture with black paint. Each sculpture must be sturdy and stand on its
own or be attached to a base that supports it.

3. Write it upon their Hearts. You may create an original work of heart. The
heart can be in the way of a drawing, contour, pocket, or accordion book. It
can be anatomical or abstract. Add a story or poem about this piece of work,
about hearts and what they represent.
