It is my goal for the beginning band student to learn how to:
1. Read notes on the staff.
2. Learn the correct fingerings, positions or sticking.
3. Learn the universal language of music through learning the above, as well
as musical terminology to make them proficient musicians.
4. Enjoy music as a participant rather than just a listener.
5. Have an appreciation of music as life-long music supporters or
participants.
6. To work as a large group and obtain the high standards that are set for
them!
