Simba's "Purrfect Purrson" Award

Simba's "Purrfect Purrson" Award is used to reward students in our classroom who have shown good behavior. We start Simba's "Purrfect Purrson" Award each Monday morning. Throughout the week, our teacher gives us tickets when we are especially kind, helpful, or go above what is expected of us. When Ms. Tierney-Ley gives us a ticket, we put our names of the back of it. Then we put the ticket in Simba's container. (This is a coffee can that has been decorated with a picture of a cat.) On Friday afternoon, three names are pulled from the container. The three lucky students get to choose an awesome prize from Simba's prizes. Some of our favorites are flip-flops, sunglasses, and Milwaukee Brewer cups!
