I have been teaching at St. John the Baptist School for 36 years. I
started teaching third and fourth grade and eventually moved to sixth grade.
I love working with the older students and enjoy sharing and listening to
their thoughts and ideas.
My husband was a teacher of seventh grade Science at Oostburg for 33
years, until his retirement in June, 2008. We have one son who has his
Journeyman in sheetmetal, and he has moved back home because of lay-offs.
Our daughter works at Child's Play in Sheboygan, and she is getting married
September 19, 2009.
In my spare time, which is usually during the summer, I love to read and
work in our small vegetable garden.
