Welcome to Middle School Music! It is a joy to be working with your children.
We are in the process of "getting to know one another!" We have watched a video of
the teacher's vocal cords and are in the process of watching a video on vocal
techniques presented by Henry Leck of the Indianapolis Children's Choir.
I have asked each student to do a "vocal assessment." Students may sing/vocalise for
me in class or come in during lunch hour or after school. It is essential that I hear each
student and evaluate his/her singing voice. Please encourage your child to make a
10-minute appointment with me.
