Happy New Year to You,
I hope you had a relaxing break with your family as you celebrated Christ's
birth. Thank you to Mrs. Gentine for organizing our Christmas party and
putting together a neat game. It is a Grade 5 Monopoly Game with their
pictures on the gameboard. Be sure to check it out when you visit. Thank you
for all the gifts that were given. Thank you, also, to all the parents who
brought items for the party.
Next Monday, January 11, we will be walking to Project Angel Hugs. We will
leave right after noon recess, and return around 1:30. Please be sure your
child is wearing boots and the necessary winter gear. If you would like to
join us, please let me know. So far, Mrs. Bermke is joining us.
The Accreditation Team will be visiting our school next week Tuesday and
Wednesday (January 12 and 13). Please have your child dressed nicely (no
jeans) on both days. On Tuesday we will attend Mass, so they will already be
dressed nicely.
