My name is Mr. Fleming and this is my first year at St. Maria Goretti.
I have taught in Iowa for the last five years. While there, I have taught
special education and 6th grade. I really enjoy teaching any subject
especially math. I also like to coach baseball and basketball and I am
currently looking for coaching positions in the Madison area. I am excited
to be at St. Maria Goretti and I look forward to a great academic year.
In my spare time I enjoy running, hunting, sports, reading, video games,
and traveling. I know this will be hard for many of you to hear but I am a
huge Cubs, Bears, Hawkeyes, and Bulls fan. I root on my Cubbies every year
and every year I am dissapointed (you would think I'd learn!). I will be
getting married in November and am looking forward to a honeymoon in
December. I enjoy spending time working with kids and I can't wait help the
students of St. Maria Goretti.
I believe in making my classroom a fun and constructive atmosphere to be
in. I believe that all students have the ability to be great students, some
just need to find it. My mission is to provide support to the teachers and
students of St. Maria Goretti and to make a difference in the the children of
St. Maria Goretti.
