Introduction

  Dear Artists,

    The first annual Winter Festival is being planned for this year! 
    Because of the wide cultural diversity of the city's many inhabitants, 
however, the City Council has been unable to chose a cultural celebration to 
use as the Festival's Theme. 

    That's where you, the artists, come in! We need you to chose one 
cultural holiday to advertize to the Council in order to persuade them to 
make a decision.
