Task

In order to pesuade the Council members, you will need to make a choice 
about which cultural holiday you want to represent. You will need to 
research the holiday, and then create a poster about it. 

Remember, you must use your artistic talents to present this holiday to the 
City Council in order to get them to chose it as the theme for the festival. 
Don't forget to have a copy of your answers with the poster!
