The local museum needs our help. They need a new Northwest Coast Native
American exhibit to use at their museum. They want classes to research the
tribes along the coast and what their life was like before the 1800's. They
want the theme of the exhibit to be "Potlatch". You will research daily life
for the coastal tribes and then stage a potlatch with all the trimmings.
Fellow students will visit your exhibit and test your knowledge of the
pre-1800's lifestyle. They will fill out a survey that will be submitted to
the museum for review. The museum will choose the display they think is most
accurate and interesting to use at their museum. Work hard and good luck!
