There are several things that need to be done on your own before the group
comes together to share ideas.
1. Go to your specific role page. Here you will find links that will help
you become an expert in your area. Using these links find what you think
will be perfect for your bedroom.
2. Print out your ideas so that you can share them with your group. Be sure
to include how much each item costs.
3. If you want, look in the newspaper for adds. You might find something on
sale that you like. If you do, bring the add in to show your group.If you
have access to it the Sunday paper might be a great source. I'm sure
they will love saving money so that you can buy more things!!
*Special Tip- when you find things that you like make sure you write down
the web site so that you can return to it later. This is important so that
later you can include pictures of the items to your power point. It might
also be helpful to find other items from that place if you find you need
more.
Once each group member has done these 3 things you will meet together as a
group. You will show each other your ideas. As a group you must decide what
it is that you want to put in your room. Keep in mind where and how you want
the money spend.
Then once all decisions are made you will make a power point to show us what
you chose. The powerpoint must include the prices so that I can check that
stayed in the budget. This power point will be presented to the whole class.
