We continue to work on letters, sounds and words.  Our story this week 
is "Whose Garden Is It?" We are working on unit 2 in our reading books. 
Please continue to work on those letters and sounds at home.  It really helps 
here at school also!!

We have been working on numbers to 10, writing numbers, counting, 
classifying and graphing, money,telling time on the hour and addition story 
problems.      
    
     We are hard at work on word families, word recognition and reading 
sentences.  We are also working on punctuation and correct use of capitals.

We have lots of special activities happening during the month of 
December.  We have Bill Wellington coming for the Arts Council, Deputy Phil, 
and Christmas plays, music from PES band and chorus and also from the PHS 
band and chorus.  Our Christmas party will be held on Dec. 22 at 2:00.  
Remember to send in your gift next week...Boys bring a boy gift and girls 
bring a girl gift.

Also remember to fill out the December Pizza Book It paper.  We have 
about a 50% participation rate!
