Paperwork came home today (12/2/09) about the CARDIAC PROJECT. This is a
unique opportunity for 5th grade students (and their parents) to received a
FREE cholesterol test (and other tests). Please take a look at this
paperwork and return by Monday, Dec. 7. The Screening will take place Wed.
Dec. 9th from 7:30-9:00 AM.
