Each week a student will be picked to be the star of the week.  This is a great way to get to know more about each student.  It is also a time for that student to ”shine”.  The star will decorate a bulletin board with pictures, awards, etc. They can also bring in keepsakes, collections, or special items they would like to share with the class and/or display.

On Monday, the star brings their items/pictures to school to display. On Friday, each classmate writes a special note to the "star".

The "star of the week" will also be our class photographer for the week. Please make sure your child has a disposable camera to use this week. I ask that you also have the pictures developed. We will then spend an afternoon making a scrap book (memory book) of 4th grade.
