Welcome to all returning and new Junebugs! This blog is set up for families to post any questions they might have about anything about Villa or about Ms. June's class. All questions are welcome. Your classroom coordinator, Kathy (Thea's mom), will monitor the blog but we hope that everyone will contribute both questions and answers.

Hi June! For all of us laundry helpers, could you tell us where we will find the laundry (and is it in a hamper, a bag, etc)? And we will take it home on Fridays?

Hi Lisa, The laundry will be sent home in a laundry basket on Friday afternoon with the next student on the schedule. The student usually takes it with them to carpool or circle at dismissal. In the event the scheduled student forgot the laundry or was picked up prior to grabbing it, we will try to switch with another student on the schedule. Ms. June

    Hi miss June,
I had a question on the homework. At the parent teachers conference we received the homework forms to be turned in signed by the parents. I did not see any of the spelling or math sent home with Shelby. Can you tell me if this is something we should be doing on our own or will there be papers to do sent home this week.
    Thanks Lisa

    Hi Lisa,
When homework is turned in on Mondays, beginning Aug. 24th, you will attach the 4 math fact sheets coming home this week as well as 4 different ways spelling has been practiced during the week. The math fact sheets should be completed/traced over if already written on (this is for the number writers). Spelling lists go home on Mondays and will be posted to the web beginning August 24th. Spelling words are to be practice in any way that's fun but aids in memorizing them for the Friday test. In the event math fact sheets disappear before they get home, make up math facts and turn in those in lieu of the missing fact sheet. ~ June
