  Whenever I print out the Excel worksheets (I select the "Print Entire Workbook" option), every other page that prints out is blank (this happens with worksheets for every chapter). Any advice?

  It may have to do with print margins that are preset in the workpapers.
  For each page of the workbook, select page set up, and fit to 1 page wide by 1 page tall. Print preview to see that all the pages will print out without blanks. Let me know if this suggestion works.
