 Analyzing an Image
When you analyze something you break the subject down into various parts and you explain them. The goal is to come to a deeper understanding of the subject.  Practice your analyzing skills with the image from The New Yorker magazine I have linked below.  Use the cognitive strategies and the responses of your peers to come to try to understand what it means.

2) Write a response to the image.  You may use the following cognitive strategies to respond:

    I also agree with both eduardo and Erik they both had the same thing as i said! they both gave thier opinions and i luv giving opinions on both pictures and other forms of art/ literature.

    I think that the picture in the new yorker magazine means that elderly people are having a hard time adapt to the modern world.For example you see allot of old people having a hard time working with the computers
