Great job on your chapter 2 exam!
Today we began transforming equations using both the addition property of equality and the subtraction property of equality.
We
also learned that when you solve an equation, you get a number, not
another equation. In other words, all answers must be in solution sets
{7}, not in the form x = 7.
Do
your best on the word problems. You have all of the necessary tools,
just write down everything that you do know, and you will be on your
way. E-mail me or blog, if you need help.
