Hey Mrs. Rollins this is Brigitte, I think that it was Ms. Davila who killed Mr. Penney because she had that look on her face and she did seem very guilty.. don't you think so? And besides she didn't want him to steal her curriculum.. so in my opinion, yes Ms. Davila is capable of "the Penney murder".

Good Choice Brigitte. The evidence could have pointed to more than one person but infact it was Mrs. Davila who committed the crime : )
