First, you would have to add the whole numbers(1+2). Second, you have to make sure that the denominators are the same. Third, you add the nuerators and if u get an improper fraction you have to divide thenumbers and then you add that whole number that you get from the dividing and then keep the fraction that you get and then you will have your answer.

    1) You have to find the least common denominator.
    2) Then, what you have to multiply on the bottom you have to on the top to make it equivalent.
    3) Then you have to add the fractions using the same denominator and add then numerators
    4) Then you add the whole numbers.
    5) Then you have to simplify your answer.

1.find the LCD of both numbers.
2.add the numarators and simplify (if needed).
    3.add the whole numbers.

First, add 1+2=3. Then you make 1/2 and 3/4 have like denominators. After that you add 2/4 and 3/4=5/4 witch is inproper andthen you divide 4 into 5 and you get 1 and 1/4 add to 3 you get 4 and 1/4

First, you have to make the denominaters the same so yo would keep the 3/4 the same but change the 1/2 to 2/4 and you have 5/4 so you make that 1 and 1/4 so the fraction is 1/4 and add 1 to the whole number wich is 3 so now its 4. your final answer is 4 and 1/4.

You add one and two and you get three. Now make the denominators equivalent and add the fractions. This will give you 5/4. make that 1 and 1/4 and add.

First, to add 1 3/4 + 2 1/2, you need to find the least common denominator (4). Then, multiply the denominators so that the denominators are equal and multiply the numerators by the number you multiplied by. Next, add the numerators to finish the fraction part. Finally, add the whole numbers

Here are the steps to find out the answer to this problem:
    1) find the leastcommon denoamanator.
2)Then, multiply the top with the same number you did for the bottom.
3)Next you have to add the fractions and the whole numbers together.
    4) Finally, you have the answer.

    1. Add the whole numbers
    2. change 1/2 to 2/4
    3. add the numarators (top numbers) and leave the denomonators (bottom #)
    4. simplifie (if needed)

    1. Add the whole numbers.
    2. Find the LCD of 3/4 and 1/2.
    3. Multiply 1/2 by 2 to get 2/4.
    4. Add 3/4 + 2/4= 5/4
    5. Divide 4 into 5 and get 1 remainder 1
    6. Add the 1 to the 3 equals 4
    7. It equals 4 1/4

First, you have to make the dinominaters the same. Then, add the whole numbers together. Also you need to add the fraction. And remember you need to keep the dinominador the same and just add the numirater. The last step is to simplify if needed to.

First you have to have the lowest common denominator which is 4. Then you multiply 2 times the one on 1/2 and that gives you 2/4. Next you add 3/4+2/4 and you get 5/4 and that is a improper fraction so you have to divide 5 by 4 and you get 1 and 1/4. Finally you add 1+2+1 and you get 3 and your full answer is 3 and 1/4

First, you have to find the least common denomenator for 2 and 4. Then you have to multiply 1/2 by 4. After you find the answer you have to divide 4 by 5. When you find the answer add the whole number to the other whole numbers and keep the fraction the same.

    First you add
the whole nubers. You have to find the lcm of the numbers. Then you have to add them together. If it becomes an improper fraction you have to divide the top from the bottom then you get a whole add that to the other whole numbers and the fraction is your answer.

Well 1st you have to add the whole numbers, then you have to figure out how many times 2 goes in to 4, then you add the 2x2= 4 which is equal to 4, now you have the same denomenators, now you have to multiply the numenators the same number you multiplied. Then make it a mixed number, divide it then the answer you get add the whole number. Then thats your answer!!

(1)First, you convert The fractions to have an equivalant lowest common denomenator.(2)tnen,you add the whole numbers tgether and fractions .(3)If the fraction is improper divide it and add the whole number to the other and the new number with the new fraction and whole number and that is your whole number.

1 Make the donominater's the same
2 Then you add the fractions
3 Add the whole numbers and the fraction
4 If the numerater is higher than the danominater divid the smaller number by the bigger number
5 Add the number you got from dividing and add it to the whole number and u have your aswer

    1 3/4 + 2 1/2
first, you make the denominators the same witch is 4 so you imes the the 1 by 2 to make it 1 3/4 + 2 2/4. Then you add the the hole numbers to make it 3. Las. you add the fractions 3/4 + 2/4 to make it 5/4. Then your answer is 3 5/4 but the you have to divide the 4 into the witch gives you 1 1/4. Now your answer is 4 1/4.

First you have to add the whole numbers and then you get 3. Then you have to find the lowest common denominator witch is 4. Then you add the second fractions numerator by 2 and you get 2. Then you add the 2 numerators and you get 5/4. Then you divide four by five and get 1 1/4and you add it to the wholenumber witch is 3 and you get 4 1/4.

    1. Find the least common denominator of 4 and 2
    2. what ever you multiplied the denominator to get 4 you multiply the numerator
3.When you add 3/4 + 2/4 you get an improper fraction and you have to divide the numerator into the denominator
    4. when you divide you put the remander at the top next to the number and put 4 underneath it and you get 1 and 1/4 and add them together

    1. you have to find the lowest common denomanater and make the denomanator that # then do the same to the top.

    2. then add the whole #'s

    3. now you add the fractions but that makes an improper fraction.

    4. so you divide 4 into 5 and get 1 and 1/5 and you add that to the whole # you added before and you get 3 and 1/4

First, you find the LCD.next you would multiply the numerator by the same number you multiplyed the denominator by.Then you would add the fractions toghether.you would get 5\4 you half to divide 4 into 5 then you would get 1 and 1\4.

First, you have to find the lowest commen denominator. Whatever you multiply the denominator by you have to multiply the nuberator by the same number. When your denominators are the same add the whole numbers then add the fractions but not the denominators only the nuberators.

First, you find the LCD of 3/4 and 1/2. Then, you add the fractions. That would make it a improper fraction. Divide the fraction(5/4). Once you have your answer, add the whole numbers. Then, you take your whole number in your answer and add it with your other whole numbers. Finally, you take your fraction in your answer and put it next to the whole numbers.

First, add the whole numbers. Next, make the denominators the same. Then, add the fractions, but do not forget to not add the denominators. Now, since the sum for the added fractions is improper divide the denominator by the numerator and add the sum of the division problem to the whole number that you added for the first step. Take the remander and put it over the denominator that you had before. Finally, if you can. simplify, simplify the fraction and then you are done

    1. You have to find the LCD
    2. Add the whole numbers 1+2=3
    3. Add the fractions- 3/4 + 2/4= 5/4 which is an improper fractions so you have to divide 4 into 5.
    4. You get 1 and 1/4....Add that to 3 and get 4 and 1/4!
    Thats your answer!
