My definition of a hero is someone who protects me from danger. A hero cares and loves for me. When I am lonely my hero is right by my side. My hero will make food for me, and buy stuff for me to live. This person will give me shelter to protect me from dangers. Hero’s play with me, cook with me, and much more.
My hero is my mother. Mothers, especially mine do all the things above. She teaches me right and wrong, people who are strangers and people who are friends and much more. Also, she will take me on vacations so that we can have the time of our lives. My mom tucks me in bed at night and sings me a song. She teaches me all this stuff so that when I have children I can do all of this to them.

A hero in my opinion is someone you look up to. My mom is my hero. A single mom with four kids, she provides the best life possible for my siblings and me. She’s only 26 years old and she tries to make sure we have everything that we need and much more. An example is that she sent me to a parochial school so I could have a good middle school experience. She buys us name brand clothes and shoes while she doesn’t really that much stuff. My mom teaches me that even if you make mistakes you can still help and make a life for some people. My mom really inspires me. I wish I could be more like her.

My definition of a hero is someone who does something excellent and/ or notable. Clara Barton fits my definition because she founded the Red Cross in America. She also took care of her brother after he fell off a ladder, took care of a friend with smallpox and didn’t get it for months even though she never had it before, and was a nurse during the Civil War. She also was the first female clerk for the U.S. A. Patent Office. She inspired me by doing things no woman had done before. Clara Barton is my hero.

My defanition of a hero is :A hero is someone who inspires someone to do something , I never thought I could do. So, my hero is Olivia. She brought me to basketball and track. I never thought I could do basketball nor Track. On my first track meet, Olivia told me I’d do jut fine. And I did. I got a 6th place ribbon. She also told me I’d do fine at chasing the ball. She cheered me on and I did well. I scored 2 baskets too. Without Olivia , I would only do dance. So, without Olivia , I wouldn’t do basketball or track.

My definition of a hero is any person admired for using courage, brains, and/or just plain will power to overcome a problem. One hero I know is Martin Luther. Luther braved chances of being burned at the stake, powerful church leaders, and all of Germany turning against him. He spent months in Wartburg translating the Bible, causing thousands to believe. When Luther nailed the Ninety-Five Thesis to a church door in Wittenberg, Luther unknowingly started what would soon be called Lutheranism. This would change lives. It changed his. I believe Martin Luther is very worthy to be considered a hero.

Hero; a person who inspires you, always there for you, cares about you, and has courage.
My heroes are two of my friends, Crimmson and Anna. Crimmson inspires me because she gets me gifts I never thought about, but then I aboustly love. She totally knows me. Anna inspires me ‘cause she gives me fashion tips. Crimmson taught me to enjoy life and to take risks. Anna taught me that I am to think before I think or I’ll be in a big mess. They are my BFFs. Though sometimes I wanna hurt them I’ll always be willing to hurt for them. They are like sisters to me.

My definition of a hero is someone who willingly gives help, is strong, courageous and never backs down in my life, the person who is my hero would have to be my dad. It seems like whenever I want to talk, he drops everything he’s doing and listens. Not only does he listen, but also he offers help. For example, sometimes I’ll come home from school and he’ll be the one who asks if I want to talk. He willingly offers help. He is also my hero because he is strong. He runs marathons and does triathlons. Yes, he defiantly fits the strong part. He is also very courageous because he is willing to try new things all the time. I think this is courageous because when you try new things you never know what will happen next.
My dad is inspiring because he shows all the good characteristics of a person. My dad is just the kind of person I want to be like.

My definition of a hero is: someone who can do something amazing. Someone who can be kind or stick up for me or other people like doing something someone who is hurt. A hero is a person who can be a person’s inspiration; a person who can do something other people cannot, like doing amazing things. Someone who is brave and courageous by doing things that can be scary.
This person is my best friend Hannah. She is my hero because she is brave and she is kind to me this makes me want to be kind to her and others. She does things like drawing and sewing. That really inspires me to try to be like her. Since she is so brave she can do things like climbing tall trees or swinging off tree branches into rivers. This is something I would never do on my own. This is why she is my hero.

A hero is a man admired for his achievements and qualities. My hero is my grandpa. My grandpa is my hero because he served in World War II. When he was in the war he would train people to fly fighter planes.
My grandpa also didn’t get very angry easily like when my brothers would fight. My grandpa would also take us places and he would pay attention to us when we would be angry. He is also very protective of us and he had a scene of humor like once I caught a fish and it died so my grandpa threw it on someone else’s boat. That is why my grandpa is my hero.

My definition of a hero would be someone who protects people from danger.Or our nation. My hero would be the second airborn compony from World War 2. I would be scared to jump out of a plane and being completely vulnerable. They teach me that sometimes we have to do things that you don’t like to protect something you love. They risked there lives for our country.

    Hero- Brian Moles
My dad, Brian, is my hero even though he is kind of annoying. He can be kind of annoying but I love him. He contributes a lot to my life because he goes to work allowing us to keep our house, food, and shelter. He taught me when I was little something funny. He taught me another word for bacon is “flava.” My dad did not want me to write about him as my hero but still he is. He says the three things you need to live are bacon, coffee and donuts. See I told you my dad was funny. ;o)
My dad is a Operations Manager at Dart Container. His office is in Engineering. He has a mini-fridge and microwave in his office. During the big tornado last year, I went to work with my dad until 3 o’clock in the morning. My dad helped me keep away my extreme anxiety during the storm by taking him to work with him. While I was there, it was fun because I got to stay up late and I met some of my dad’s work friends. He showed me around his friend’s office. I got to play the X Box 360 for about 2 or 3 hours. The person who owed the X Box 360 got the great idea of hooking it up to a projector, which was fun. My dad showed me some of the different rooms that I did not see before and a really neat tree that was struck by lightening outside building 2/3. It was splintered. I got to help connect some time clock wires with my hands because they were smaller than the guys’.
My dad is one of the coolest people in the world because he helps me keep my anxiety under control. And when I am sick, he helps me laugh because laughter is the best medicine. My dad is really funny- he suggested that I add another sentence to this just so there were more words. Then he told me to take it out, but I didn’t.

Hero: A man or women who’s admired for hid Achievements and qualities.

I am really inspired by john Madden. Madden invented football my second favorite sport in the world witch I played in a football team before the reason why I love football is because I like to tackle and injure other kids and I really like sports when you can get physical with other kids plus we get to do lots of throughing running and intercepting. Football is a very popular sport the more you play it the more fame you get and be a wealthy man. You can also teach other kids the game of football how to play it how to through a perfect spirals and the rules to football and the illegal tackling and other things you thing you cannot do. John Madden did a lot of this. I hope I can be like him one day

I added a comment earlier in the school year when the question about favorite books and authors was posed. I have just completed an online tech class, and needed to check out what your teacher created. I am about to set up a blog for my students to use. I hope it is okay that I come back and post as well as read your thoughts.

My hero would probably be my dad. He was a tall man and not afraid to speak his mind. We knew that when he told us to do something, we needed to follow directions. He drove us many places so we could get where we belonged. Dad always made sure I got to church to worship, Sunday School and Confirmation classes, youth group activities, etc. Even if I were afraid of what he might say, I knew that I could go to him with any problem and he would help and love me. Dad did a lot of things for my mother's parents as they got older, and he had a great sense of humor. How much Dad loved my little daughter!

He is a hero to me because in this world of many sins, he stood for integrity. He ran his little business for years to sell machine parts to customers. Even if he did not have the right part, he would call his competitors to help out the customer find what was needed. His loyalty went beyond most others, and the customers appreciated that. The competing businesses also respected Dad.

When Dad was sick, Mom was left to run the business. She knew nothing about selling the parts to customers, but she could call the other businesses, and they were happy to help her out and explain things. We met many of the men Dad worked with after he died. They talked about his integrity and how they could trust his judgment. Dad is who I try to live up to.
