As we implement our school-wide Intervention/Enrichment time, we must organize and group students effectively (along with other things) in order to achieve growth.  How are you grouping students during this time?   What have been some "successes" in your classroom? What are the "challenges" you're still trying to change and improve?

My small groups during my enrichment time change due to the needs of the students that week. Since I am focusing on math during that time my groups are created from the previous math test and what they struggled with. The objectives that they had trouble with is the focus for that week. It has been successful but the challenge is to make sure all can master the objective independently. My concern always is that the student can do the work in the small group but when asked to apply it during a test they struggle again.

Our students are working in four small groups, rotating between math, reading (M-W)and writing skills (Thurs-F). The students work in stations together or with a teacher, also utitlizing computer math sites as well.
