Today was the best day yet! Our class is coming together as a team and we are accomplishing more each day (next week will definitely increase in content and homework). Today the students learned about "Ticket Out the Door". It is how we end our day. Students take one post-it note and write a comment or question about what they did that day. It is stuck to a poster as they go to their cubby to get their backpack for dismissal. It is annonymous and spelling doesn't count (although I hope it will improve during the year!!!! Below are some of the comments as written by the students.If I have time, I'll write them in the Blog each week, otherwise it will be whenever I have the time. Most importantly, it provides me feedback from their perspective, on what they understand, don't understand and feelings about the class.
