I really enjoyed meeting with the parents who had conferences with
me last week. I can't wait to meet with the rest of you this week. I
love being able to show the progress your child has already made.
Unfortunately, our classroom has been hit by illness, particularly
fevers. If your child is not feeling well, please keep them home from
school. Your child must be fever free (without medication) for 24 hours before they can return to school.
You should have received the note about the apple orchard trip
that we will be taking on October 22. If you would like to join us on
the field trip, please send in your name by Monday, October 12. We can
only have 6 chaperons per classroom. If we have more volunteers than
6, I will pull names from a hat. Each child needs to send in $5 to cover the cost of the field trip. Please send in your money in by Thursday, October 15.
Reminder there is no school on Friday, October 16 and Monday, October 19. Enjoy the long weekend.
