Well it's that time of year when we all wish for snow but know it probably won't happen. :( Let's talk about why we don't get much snow here in southeast Texas...but this will take a little research on your part before you can add your ideas. We used to get more snow then we do now...how much more and why has that changed. See what you can dig up and share with the rest of us on here...it's worth two +10's if you do!!
