Welcome to 4th grade and to Room 21! This is my Second year at Bishop and in
the Sunnyvale School District. I think this is a great place to work and
learn! I received my multiple subject teaching credential from Santa Clara
University, where I will finish up my Master's degree this summer.
I grew up in the San Jose area, attended college at Cal Poly and currently
reside in Campbell. My entire family and most of my childhood friends still
live in the San Jose area.
In my spare time I emjoy reading, cooking, travelling, taking walks and
spending time at the beach. My new hobby is running again this coming
summer I will prepare for 2 more half-marathons. Wish
me good luck!
I am excited for this year and all that it has to offer. I look forward to
getting to know my students and watch them acheive success in all areas at
school. I also look forward to establishing positive relationships with the
families of my students in hopes that we can mutually support their success
in all areas of school.

The mission for Room 21 is for all students to be successful in mastering
the 4th grade California Content Standards. As well as mastering academic
content it is my mission to create a community of learners who work together
in a classroom that is safe, supportive and respectful. I hope that each
student will work hard and learn to be responsible for themselves. Most
importantly, I want all the students in our class to be self-confident and
have fun learning in 4th grade!
