Keep Fitness Folder up to date. See me to set up a time to get caught up if
needed. Fitness Folders will be graded on Dec. 10. I will be available
during Lunch in Room G-2 to catch up students missing scores.
Any day you miss PE class,because of Doctor's note, parent note, testing, in
the office/nurse you must make-up the day. In your Fitness Folder on page 8
are three ways you can do this. If you still have questions, please see me.
Fitness Folders should have a completed Track page, 1600 meter runs #1,2,3,4
&5. Cone runs 10 min., 15 min, 20 min #1,2. Fitness Gram Pre-Test should be
filled out.
