NEW ANNOUNCEMENTS---
1.6.2010 - Students, while I appreciate your enthusiasm for school and the
course, if you are contagious or have a fever or are coughing all over the
place, please stay home from school :( I have my 4th cold / flu of the year.
Please practice the preventative precautions we discussed in the immune
system chapter!!!!
Please make sure you have answered all the questions that you can on your pig
lab for HW tonight. Please keep in mind that the lab worksheet is due before
the end of the period on Thursday, so you should only leave dissection stuff
to be done in class on Thursday.
The dissections went relatively well today, although a little slow, they were
careful and behavior was pretty good, so thank you very much for those of you
who had a good attitude and tried your best to participate however you were able.
1.1.10 - Happy new year students & families!
Students I told you Friday before break not to print notes as I would make you
a condensed form of notes (both 40-1 & 40-2) for the immune system. That is
posted on the handouts page now... so email me if you are going to print your
own copy at home or if you don't want a copy at all so I can submit the
correct number to the copy room Monday morning. Thank you!

Last day to review the 35 & 36 test is Monday 1.4.10 by 11:50am. Thanks.
12.15.09 - Unfortunately we have lost our printing privileges in the library
since we have wasted or used up so much paper & ink. For those students that
can print notes at home, notes will be provided online in the same manner as
before. For those that do not have internet, computer, or printing access,
please see me on an individual basis to issue you a pass to allow you to print
in the library! Students who print in the library without my written
permission will be subject to disciplinary action.
** You must have your final project signed up for by Friday!! **
12.14.09 - The final project guidelines have been posted on the handouts page.
Please read them carefully. We will sign up for a project on Tuesday 12.15.
I will choose the groups after reading your input of whom you would like to
work with. Please email me if you would like to work alone and an explanation
of why. For certain people this is a fine option. For others, partnerships
will be beneficial.
RANDOM: If anyone's family has any empty egg cartons that you can bring in
this week, I can put them to use. Thanks!
