Board of Ed. policy makes the recommendation for about 40 minutes of homework
per night in fourth grade. Usually this includes one Language Arts assignment
(editing and revising, reading comprehension, vocabulary, cursive, etc.) and
one math study link. On short weeks, we tend not to give written homework.
The students are also expected to review their misspelled spelling words
(found in their spelling packet) and practice their multiplication facts
until they are fluent with both. For more specific homework on a given week,
check your child's agenda.
