During the regular school year, registration materials are available in the Guidance Office. In order to speed up the registration process, it is recommended that copies of the student's most recent report card and academic history, immunization history, proof of a recent physical, proof of residency, and any other pertinent information be brought when registering. Please contact Mrs. Joyce Sepulveda, Guidance Secretary, at (860) 870-6072 or come to the school to inquire about the registration process. The student's parent/legal guardian must sign a "Release of Records" form allowing VCMS to request and receive information from the previous school. It is important that the previous school be made aware of the student's intention to transfer schools, and be given the opportunity to complete formal withdrawal procedures (return books, receive current grades at time of withdrawal, and other final arrangements). During the summer, registration materials can be picked up in the Guidance Office. It is important that all forms be completed and returned as soon as possible in order to ensure that new students are able to start school in a timely manner. Students must have proof of immunization and other important medical requirements fulfilled in order to begin school. It is the parents/guardians responsibility to make sure that all medically related requirements are fulfilled. Registration packets include the following materials: Forms to be completed~
