Volunteer Opportunities

Do you love helping others? Do you sometimes have spare time? Would you like to be involved in your child's school? Well, if you answered yes to any of these questions we have a job for you!

BECOME A CYPRESS WOODS PTA VOLUNTEER!

We have many wonderful volunteer opportunities available! PTA needs volunteers to continue the programs & activities PTA brings to CWE (see "What We Do"). Without our volunteers we would not be able to serve the needs of our students and our school. Many PTA positions do not require much time and have flexible schedules; some can even be done at home! If you are interested in volunteering, please contact any PTA executive board member (see "Who We Are") or contact our CWE PTA president, Maria Zopf @ mzopf@tampabay.rr.com

Our volunteers allow us to do so many things for our students that we could not do without your help. The best part is the feeling you get knowing you made a difference in the life of a child. Whether it's one hour or 100 hours, every second counts.

AVAILABLE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

• We are looking for Committee members in all areas to join us for the 2008/09 school year. To see Board Member/committee position descriptions, click HERE! We always welcome new members to the PTA board! Come and support your school and have fun doing it!
• For a complete list of current committees and the people volunteering on them, please see "Who We Are" on this website.  If you would like to join any committees please feel free to contact any pta board member!
• Mrs. Mustra is looking for volunteers to assist in the Library. The volunteer(s) would assist the children with check-in/out of materials and would assist in shelving books. Please contact Mrs. Mustra if you can spare some time!  
• Additional Volunteer opportunites are available - just ask your childs teacher or any pta member!
