Honors Credit / Extra Credit

Honors Credit Assignments (or Extra Credit)

If you have an A or B average in Earth/Space Science as of your 1st 9 week 
report card, you may complete the assignments in this section for Honors 
Credit.  More assignments will be posted shortly.

All assignments must be completed in full.  You can email me at 
gay.hollon@polk-fl.net if you have questions.

If you did not have an A or B average, you may complete these assignments 
for extra credit.

GIZMOS Assignments
All GIZMOS assignments are located at www.explorelearning.com.
You must ENROLL in a new class which is my honors class.

For each GIZMO assignment listed in the Honors Class:
1.  Launch the GIZMO you will be working on.
2.  Click on the "Exploration Guide" tab to get your assignment.
3.  Print the Exploration Guide and use to work on GIZMO and answer Guide 
questions. (You will turn this in for credit)
4.  When finished with Exploration Guide, you will use your GIZMO to answer 
the assessment questions listed below the GIZMO.  Only the first grade will 
be counted.
5.  You will receive credit for the GIZMO assignment and the Assessment.
For all GIZMOS based assignments in the Honors program.  (also for Extra Credit)
