My name is Mrs. Cervone and I am pleased to be teaching at McDonald Elementary. This is my
second year at McDonald and I LOVED my 2nd graders from the 2007-2008 school year. They are
the inspiration for my continual improvement. This year, I will be teaching 4th grade and am very
excited.
This is my 13th year teaching with experiences ranging from middle school to elementary school. I
hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Reading from Saint
Joseph's University in Pennsylvania (GO HAWKS!)
I am married to a wonderful man and we moved to Florida together just a few
years ago. We both adore kids and that is why Mr. Cervone stops by every
once in a while for a quick soccer game with the kids. We have a little English Bulldog named Philly,
who we just love and spoil her like you wouldn't believe.
I have AWESOME parents and a wonderful mother and father in law. I have two
sisters, and several brothers and sisters in law who have given me many nieces and nephews to love.
I enjoy reading and going to the beach. Mr. Cervone and I are big sports
fans and you can usually find us at a baseball game every weekend in the
summer. Go RAYS!
