November 6 VOCABULARY TEST
Something different this week. We will learn the divisiblity rules. Please
know how to use these rules to help you divide!!! I will give the number.
You will write the rule. Then you will be given numbers and asked to decide
which rules apply to that number.
Number Divisibility Rule
2 The last digit must be an even number.
3 The sum of the digits must be divisible by 3.
4 The last two digits must be divisible by 4.
5 The last digit must be 0 or 5.
6 When the number is divisible by 2 AND 3, it is then divisible by 6.
9 The sum of the digits must be divisible by 9.
10 The last digit must be 0.
