Private School Application Process

If you would like to submit an application for an area private school to us for completion, please follow the process:
 
1.  Submit the appropriate form to the administrator and to the teacher.  Please include a envelope (with appropriate postage) addressed to the receiving school for each application which needs to be mailed.  We will provide the return address on the envelope.
 
2.  There is a $ 5.00 charge per transcript.  Please make checks payable to Sarah Smith Elementary.  This fee covers the copies and mailing of the transcripts to the school.
 
3.  Please allow for a two week "turn-around".  Note the deadlines for all schools' applications.  Be respectful of the teacher's time and allow for enough time for the applications to be completed, mailed, and received.
 
4.  On the application form, please complete the necessary information at the top (name, address, etc.) and include your signature.
 
5.  If there are particular activities or information that the teacher or administrator may not know that would need to be included on the application, please include it with the application, in writing.  We will add it to our comments.
