Have you felt how heavy the back-packs are?

I know that these books are big and I will try and alternate subjects.
However, sometimes it is necessary to send home the Math and Social Studies
book. Thank you for your understanding.

It seems like there is a lot of homework....help!

I know that fourth grade is a big adjustment. I truly feel your pain! I
have appreciated the feedback I have recieved from parents and have tried to
modify some things. Thank you for continuing to make school work a
priority.

Do the kids get to bring in a snack?

Students may bring a healthy snack to eat mid-morning. Good items to send
for a snack would be fruit or vegetables, applesauce, cheese sticks,
crackers, or juice. Please DO NOT send items with lots of sugar in them (no
candy, pop, etc.)

Are water bottles allowed in the classroom?

It would be great if students would bring and use a plastic water bottle
with
a spill-proof lid. This avoids 30 students standing in line for our one
drinking fountain!
