Judaism.  They will create a spoke diagram showcasing the information they 
learned.  
-Students should record the notes through Monotheism in their notebooks.

Wednesday -
Presenters from each group will 'teach' the class about the event their 
group researched.  Students will record key facts in the Birth of Judaism 
Chart.

Thursday - Friday -
Students will watch the movie, "Prince of Egypt".  They will answer a 10 
question assessment from facts they learned about the Exodus from watching 
the movie.  Answers should be in complete sentences and in cursive.  (Due 
next Monday)

We went over all the directions for the alternative assessment that is due 
Friday.  Students have a choice of either completing an Acrostic Poem on 
Mesopotamia (use prewrite and notebook) or a Journal Assignment (Use rubric 
and notebook.  Students will be given Thursday in class to work on the 
assignment.


We are now done with chapter 3 and will have several assessments.  This week 
we will be working on study skills.  Students should do the following to 
prepare for a major test.

- make sure their notebook is complete
- read over their notes
- complete study guide
- complete quia activity or other study skill activity.

We will be doing activities during class to help prepare students for the 
assessments and teaching them what it means to study.
