May 13, 2008 Grade 7 is now moving into the last unit of the year - Fitness. In this unit, students will learn how to set a realistic short-term health- or skill related fitness goal and record their activity. As part of their Fitness Journal, students will keep a 3-day food diary and complete an analysis of two days of food intake to obtain nutritional information. This is an individual activity.
