What is the MCAS test?

Beginning in third grade, children in MA begin taking a series of 
standardized tests. Third grades will be tested in Reading Comprehension and 
Math.

Reading Comprehension: March 24th-April 4th (3 days within these two weeks)
Math: May 12th-23rd (two days over these two weeks)
