Overview-The film follows Peter & Santino, 2 boys from the East African nation of Sudan during their
1st year in the US. It opens with life in a refugee camp in Kenya, where they have lived for 10 years.
They arrive in Houston, Texas and are oriented to the US by refugee resettlement workers.
Directions-Use these questions to think & write about the film. Select at least 4 of the first 7
questions and respond to question 8. Each answer should have several sentences to show complete
thoughts, examples, details and ideas. Use laptop for writing.
