Ms. Meinders has been teaching social studies for 14 years. I particularly enjoy the global studies
curriculum because of my travel experiences. I've travelled all over the world, sometimes on long
extended trips; 9 months to shorter 2& 3 weeks. The past few summers- I spent exploring Central
America.This past summer I worked at the Black Point Inn on Prout's Neck. One goal I've been working
towards is to becoming more fluent in Spanish. I'd like to go to South America or Southern-Mid Africa
on my next journey. One of my favorite things to do is to run with Jones ( black lab mix) in the woods.I
also enjoy cooking & eating food very much! AND Bikram yoga is something I'd like to do every day...
