Hello! I am very excited to be back at Saint Ambrose! I look
forward to sharing the gift of music with the young people at Saint Ambrose
School once again.
A bit about me ---- I grew up in the small town of Parkston, SD. I received
my bachelors in music education from South Dakota State University in
Brookings, SD and have done graduate work at the University of Colorado in
Boulder, Viterbo University in LaCrosse, WI, and the University of St. Thomas
in St. Paul, MN. I have been teaching band for twelve years now. I have
taught four years in New Ulm, MN; one year in Boulder, Colorado; one year in
Chamberlain, South Dakota; and five years in Eau Claire, WI.
My husband and I have been married for five years. We don't have any children
at this time. We just got a new Welsh Pembroke Corgi puppy named Sophie. She
is absolutely adorable!!!!
I love to walk, bike-ride, play tennis, swim, go fishing, listen to all
styles of music, play my instruments, go to concerts, travel, cook, watch
comedy movies, and do needlepoint.
