| St. Ambrose students in grades 4 through 8 participate annually in the
National Geographic Geography Bee. Sudents first participate in individual
classroom bees during Dec. The winners of those progress to grade level
bees. Grade level winners competed against each other at the school wide bee
in Jan. The school winner then takes a written test which is
submitted to the state of MN. If this student scores in the top 100 of MN
students, he or she will be invited to compete in the MN State Geography Bee
in the spring.
