"Volunteers are Teachers' Guardian Angels"

    There are many ways in which I can use your help this year! If you would like to be a volunteer, the following list will give you some idea of the things which you might be doing:

1. Work one afternoon per week from 1:30-2:30 p.m. (Tues., Thurs., Fri.) or from 1:15-2:15 p.m. (Wed.) with small groups of students in our classroom’s learning centers (math, writing, science, art, etc.)

2. Join us every other Friday morning from 11:30-12:00 p.m. in our school’s library (second floor).  Your job will be to read a literature selection (provided by Mrs. Madden) to the students as well as to assist kinders as they select and check out books. 

3. Come into the classroom on occasion to help with a special project, individual project, or a totally “messy” project. This may involve one-on-one or small group work. It’s a lot of fun!
