small medium large IMMUNIZATION RECORDS NEEDED <br><img src=friends2-color.gif> Kindergarten families who have not yet submitted their children's immunization records to the St. Ambrose Health Office are encouraged to send them in to school as soon as possible. Please direct all records to Linda Berg or Georgine Lowe. Both are Registered Nurses and our Licensed School Nurses. Your doctor's office can even fax your child's immunization records to St. Ambrose. Our fax number is 768-3080. MEMORIZE THOSE LUNCH CODES! Please work with your kindergartener to memorize his/her lunch code. This number needs to be provided by your child in order to purchase a hot lunch, a grab and go meal, or milk each day in the cafeteria. <br><img src=salad-bar-color.gif> ONE-FOLDER COMMUNICATION SYSTEM All students should arrive in our classroom each morning and hang up their sweaters, coats and backpacks in their cubbies. They are then to place their school folders in our classroom’s blue folder bin near Ricky Raccoon. (Folders are checked each day for messages from home and other correspondence.) These folders are then returned to the students with any school work, notices from the office, etc. at the end of the day. Students are then asked to sign in and choose a morning arrival activity.
