The children had a wonderful time sharing their ocean inquiry projects
on Tuesday and participating in Fun Day on Thursday. Thank you to parents
who came out for one or both, I know there is a lot going on these last weeks
of school! I hope everyone can make it Wednesday for our End of Year
Celebration, even if you can only come for the award giving at around 12:00
that would be wonderful.
I can't believe this is our last week of school! It has been a pleasure
getting to know your children and teaching them this year. I was also very
grateful to have such wonderful parents to work with who volunteered their
time and gave materials for the class to help create such a great learning
environment. Thanks again for everything and I hope everyone has a wonderful
summer break. :)
~~~~ Theme This Week: Prince/Princess and Fairytales ~~~~
** LITERACY **
The children will be listening to stories and completing activities
related to fairytales. We will also be working in a kindergarten memory book
this week.
** MATH **
In math this week we will introduce time and review money.
** WRITING **
This week for writing the children will be writing about their memories
in kindergarten this year.
