I am excited for everything we are going to do this year in third grade!
Reading: This week we will be reading “Rosie, a Visiting Dog Story”. This is
a personal narrative about a woman who trains her dogs to visit people in
need. Students will be working with decoding long words. Ask your student to
retell the story to you at home.
STEM: We will begin working with the engineering design process this week
through different engineering projects. Students will also begin working with
length including inches, feet, yards and miles.
