Project Graduation 2010
Dear Friend of Project Graduation,
It is that time again when we are asking for volunteers to chaperone Project Graduation on Tuesday, June 22, 2010. This is an alcohol/drug free party for Seniors held on the night of graduation. By volunteering this year you are not only helping the Class of ’10, but future classes as well by aiding in the success of the event so it can be continued. You will also get a chance to see what your future Senior student will experience. This year’s Project Graduation will be held at the Student Center at Rider University in Lawrenceville. Those of you who have attended in the past are aware of how much fun it can be!
We need you! If you would like to volunteer, please complete the form below and either mail it or drop it off in the main office of East Brunswick High School, 380 Cranbury Rd. If you are from another school in the District, you may send the form through your school’s “courier mail” to EBHS – Project Graduation.
Volunteers may drive their own cars to the facility or they may take the bus (we will need only 1-2 people to ride each bus as chaperones). The hours needed are from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am. Limited scheduling accommodations can be made if needed.
