This week in Social Studies we will wrap up the first part of our Egypt unit, complete test #1 and begin the second part of our unit.  The Egypt Test One is scheduled for Tuesday, January 12.  It will be returned in class this week and due back signed for a homework grade.  

Although written homework is not regularly assigned, students are expected to study each night. Remember to encourage your child to experiment with various study strategies such as vocabulary flash cards, practice tests, rewriting class notes and orally reviewing the information with a parent or study buddy. These are only ideas - students are encouraged to find a study strategy that works for them!

 

Please be sure to call a study buddy, visit TeacherWeb and follow-up with Ms. Dugan about the work that you miss when you are not in class.
